WHY FIND A CRUISE SHIP CAREER WITH TALENT EXCHANGE?

Getting access to cruise ship jobs isn't easy. The field is extremely competitive. Different roles and cruise companies have different qualification and entry requirements. If you don't have a formal qualification, you'll need help demonstrating competency for the advertised role, and every cruise line will have a different target market and strapline, which you’ll need to know and understand when applying for jobs.

Most cruise companies recruit via recruitment agencies and have special application procedures. Depending on the location, there may be special visa requirements and certificates needed. There will also likely be several application stages (including video, telephone and face-to-face stages).
